School of figure skating for beginners
Our school for beginners accepts children from the age of 4. A professional coach with higher sports degree works on ice. He will help your kids take their first steps on the ice correctly. It is so important when it is a professional coach who puts your child on ice. Child will gradually develop a sense of ice and he will be able to master the elements of figure skating easily: steps, jumps and rotations. Just imagine how your kid will be able to slide the ice after a few lessons!
While skating, the child learns to slide correctly and perform various elements of figure skating. Each step of the students is under the control of our experienced coach.
Our training programs are made taking into account the age characteristics of children and their level of preparation.
We form small groups so that the effectiveness of training is maximum and skating is a pleasure for both kids and adults.

Group figure skating lessons include lessons on the ice with the help of specially directed exercises. As a result, skills are acquired: correct sliding, aesthetics of movements, jumps and rotation are developed.
Classes in the gym are general developmental exercises, as a result of which correct posture skills are acquired, muscles of the legs, abs, arms are strengthened, a jump is developed, a sense of balance and coordination of movements are brought up.
Choreography - initial training, stretching.
The advanced figure skating school is suitable for beginners who want to improve their skating skills. Our professional trainers will help you to get the initial skating skills or improve your level.
Even if you are not a professional figure skater, after a few workouts you will notice that your health is becoming better.
Systematic regular training will help to strengthen the musculoskeletal system, to improve the functioning of the circulatory and respiratory systems and to make immunity stronger.
