Loyalty program

  • The loyalty program «Quality Mark» is the offering of discounts for guests in the projects of the Bank «RUSSIA» group in the leisure and entertainment industry.

    To become a member of the loyalty program «Quality Mark», you need to register and get a card: a «White» or «Silver» card. The types of cards differ in the size of the discount and the set of services and privileges they apply to at each of the facilities. A full list of services that are subject to discounts and privileges for members of the loyalty program, as well as current restrictions at Igora resort, can be found in the section below. The card must be presented by the loyalty program participant before using the services. It is necessary to present a loyalty program participant card every time you purchase services, inform about its availability when booking on official websites, via email and phone numbers of sales, marketing and booking retail projects of the Bank «RUSSIA» Group.

  • Characteristics of the loyalty program card of Igora resort:

    • CSC - contactless smart card (chipped with a magnetic stripe).
    • A unique number.
    • Personal.
    • Multiple.
    • It applies to the services of Igora resort - a hotel complex, a Restaurant complex, a SPA, sports and entertainment facilities (Ice Palace, rental and Lake of Fun) provided to Guests according to the price list and in accordance with the restriction on the number of services provided with a discount.
    • Does not apply to special and package offers of the resort.
    • Does not apply to tenant services (sports shop, 5D cinema, slot machines and wakeboarding).
    • Does not apply to car wash services and paid travel to the resort.
  • There are restrictions on the maximum number of services purchased with at the discount at Igora resort:

    1. Holders of the loyalty program «Quality Mark» are given a discount for visiting the Restaurant complex, the discount is valid:

    • «Silver card» - for a table of up to 4 people.
    • «White card» - for up to 2 people on the table.

    2. Cardholders of the loyalty program "Quality Mark" are given a discount on the accommodation service:

    • 1 cottage or 1 apartment, or 2 rooms.

    3. The holders of the loyalty program «Quality Mark» cards receive a discount on the services of sports and entertainment facilities (Ice Palace, rental and Lake of Fun):

    • «Silver Card» - bowling -1 track, 3 ski / snowboard sets, SKI pass and the number of passes per 1 card, rent 1 summerhouse on Lake of Fun;
    • «White Card» - bowling -1 track, 3 ski/snowboard sets, SKI pass and the number of passes per 1 card, rent 1 summerhouse on Lake of Fun.

    4. Additional privileges in the Hotel complex for holders of the loyalty program «Quality Mark» cards:

    • «Silver card» - late check-out at 14.00.
    • Late check-out is provided without payment, subject to availability of rooms/apartments/cottages.
