I. Terms and definitions
1. In these Rules, the following terms are used with the corresponding definitions:
1.1. Ski tourism - the provision of tourist services in the sports and recreation complex Igora.
1.2. Sports and recreation complex Igora - a set of technical, technological, organisational means and services rendered, providing active and passive recreation associated with downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, etc., as well as various sports, fitness and sports services.
1.3. A ski track is a flat structure on a mountain slope, designed for skiing and snowboarding, with marked boundaries and components, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay on the slope.
1.4. Mountain slope - a physical object in the form of an inclined earthen surface of natural origin or in the form of an artificial structure on which one or more ski slopes are created.
1.5. The relief of a slope or route is a longitudinal profile characterised by a height difference, length, slope, steepness and various irregularities of the slope or route.
1.6. Height difference of a slope or path - the difference in vertical metres between the top and bottom points of a particular slope or path.
1.7. The length of the track (track section) is 1.7. The length of the track (track section) is the distance in metres from the top to the bottom points of the selected track or its section along the midline.
1.8. Slope of the track (section of the track) - the angle of inclination in degrees or in percent.
1.9. Run-out - the lower horizontal part of the track, designed to stop after the descent.
1.10. Counter-slope of the route - part of the route adjacent to the main route and having a reverse slope.
1.11. Fall of the track - a part of the track that has an increased steepness relative to the general slope of the track.
1.12. The track depression of the route is a part of the route, consisting of a recession and a counter-slope with a flat area between them.
1.13. A traverse is a track across a slope used to connect tracks and safely descend from a steep slope or transport loads.
1.14. Throughput - the ability of the slope, lift, park, etc. to provide tourists with certain types of services within an hour (day, week, season, etc.).
1.15. Technological and evacuation routes are specially allocated and prepared routes on the tracks designed to move technological, construction, rescue equipment and evacuate injured tourists.
1.16. Lift - a type of lifting mechanism for lifting tourists to the starting point of the descent down the ski slope.
1.17. The ski lift access control system is a hardware and software system for monitoring and recording visitor access.
1.18. Artificial snowmaking system (ASS) - a set of devices for the production of artificial snow, water storage, water cooling, water intake, supply of compressed air and water to snow generators, power supply, etc.
1.19. A snow compactor (SC) is a technical tool with a set of attachments for levelling and compacting snow cover, laying ski slopes and technological routes.
1.20. Ski facilities - ski tracks and slopes, snow structures on the slopes, lifts, fixed and temporary protective devices to ensure the safety of skiing, various types of information signs about skiing conditions on the slopes, snow generators installed on the slopes, lighting masts, etc.
1.21. Passive safety equipment for skiing on ski slopes - stationary and temporary barriers and structures in dangerous areas of movement of skiers and snowboarders in the form of nets, mats, flyovers, etc.
1.22. Freeride - skiing or snowboarding off the prepared slopes.
1.23. Tubing - riding in the snow on inflatable sleds (tubes, etc.).
1.24. A snowboard park is a specially equipped part of a mountain slope with plastic, metal, wooden or snow figures installed on it for extreme skiing or snowboarding.
1.25. Learning to ski or snowboard is the process of mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities of skiing or snowboarding under the guidance of teachers, instructors and coaches.
1.26. Cableway (CW) is a linear structure consisting of foundations and equipment of the CW installed on the route and serving to transport passengers by means of cable traction.
1.27. CW equipment is a technical device that includes metal structures of stations and supports, mechanical and electrical equipment, all components of which perform interconnected technological functions
1.28. Station - a structure designed for embarkation / disembarkation of passengers and placement of controls, drive and (or) a tension device.
1.29. Linear support - a metal structure with equipment installed on it, designed to support the ropes along the design line of the CW at the design height.
1.30. Span - the horizontal distance between adjacent supports on the CW route.
1.31. CW track - a section of terrain between the terminal stations of the CW with equipment located on it.
1.32. Towing cable car (TCC) is a cable car designed to move passengers on a snowy surface by means of a traction rope.
1.33. Unsupported towing cable car (UTCC) is a towing cable car that does not have intermediate supports.
1.34. Passenger hanging cableway (PHC) - a cableway that serves to transport passengers in a rolling stock that moves by means of a carrier-traction rope.
1.35. Rolling stock is a means for accommodating passengers during transportation on a CW.
1.36. A towing device is a kind of rolling stock for moving passengers on the TCC.
1.37. Armchair - a type of rolling stock in the form of an open seat for transporting passengers.
1.38. Distance to the ground - the vertical distance from the ground surface (including snow cover) to the lowest point of the rolling stock
1.39. Normal mode of operation - operating conditions under which the cable car is in good condition, the staff is at work, meteorological conditions do not require special measures for operation, the cable car operates from the main drive.
1.40. Staff - employees of the organisation engaged in the operation and maintenance of the CW.
1.41. Ready signal - the permission of the control system to start the movement of the CW, given from the control points (console).
1.42. Control points (console) - is an operator's workplace designed to control the CW.
1.43. Nominal speed - the maximum speed of the rolling stock (cableway) according to the project.
1.44. Minimum speed - the lower limit value of the movement speed.
1.45. Safety element (device) - an element (part, unit) of a CW, in case of failure or malfunctioning of which there is a threat to the safety or health of people, whether they are passengers, service personnel or third parties.
1.46. The emergency stop button is a hand emergency stop device.
1.47. The emergency operation mode is a set of requirements that determine the operation of the CW in the event of an accident or incident.
1.48. Accident - destruction of structures and (or) technical devices used at a hazardous production facility.
1.49. An incident is a failure or damage to technical devices used at a hazardous production facility, a deviation from the process mode.
1.50. Return of the rolling stock is an action that allows, in the event of an incident or accident, to deliver the rolling stock to the places of disembarkation of passengers.
1.51. Rescue operation - a set of measures to save people from the danger that arose as a result of an accident or incident on a CW.
1.52. Evacuation is the process of organised movement of people directly to a safe area from areas where there is a possibility of exposure to dangerous factors.
II. General terms
1. The Igora sports and recreation complex (hereinafter referred to as the Resort) is a private territory. These Rules are aimed at ensuring the safety of Guests and improving their service.
2. Guests are required to read the Rules. Information stands are located near the ticket offices. The text of the Rules can also be found on the official website of the Resort - www.igora.ru.
3. Skiing and snowboarding comes with risks. These Rules are required and apply to all Guests without exception located on the territory of the Resort.
4. By paying for services at the Resort, the Guest confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and has no medical contraindications for skiing or snowboarding. The guest must understand that skiing is associated with an increased risk and independently assess the capabilities of his body and its compliance with the conditions of physical activity, the state of sports equipment, weather conditions and skiing conditions in general.
5. The Resort Administration, being the legal owner of the territory and the owner of the technical facilities, equipment and other property installed on it, reserves the right to refuse to use the services and stay on the territory of the Resort to any visitor who violates these Rules, without any explanation and without refunding the cost of paid services.
6. The behaviour of the Resort Guests must comply with the generally accepted rules of conduct in public places, must not disturb third parties, pose a threat to the safety of their life and health, or in one way or another restrict their freedom. For the above actions, the Guest is responsible under the Legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. For intentional illegal actions, violation of these Rules, as well as for deliberate damage to the property of the Resort and causing harm to third parties, the Guest is liable in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation. Violators may be subject to liability for damages.
8. The Resort Administration is not responsible for the harm caused to the Guest as a result of violation of these Rules, force majeure circumstances and circumstances beyond its competence, including: emergencies (power outage, etc.), natural disasters, decisions of the State authorities, repair and maintenance work, etc.
9. All claims of the Guests (including to the service staff) are considered by the Resort administration.
III. Rules for passenger transportation
1. The cableway (CW) is the main type of passenger transport on the territory of the Resort. The equipment and rolling stock of the cableway (CW) are a source of increased danger and require special attention and caution.
2. The working hours of the slopes and cableways are determined by the Resort's schedule.
3. Passengers and staff of the cableway must be mutually polite, take care of the structures and devices of the cableway, observe cleanliness, public order and the requirements of these Rules.
4. The cableway is designed to transport skiers with skis on their feet and snowboarders with a snowboard on one leg.
5. Transportation of children, whose height is under 125 cm (4,1 feet), on a chair or towing device should only occur with an accompanying person who is able to provide the necessary assistance during boarding and disembarking and control the child's compliance with the rules of transportation on the cableway.
6. When accompanied on a chairlift by two children whose height is under 125 cm (4,1 feet), they must sit on both sides of the accompanying person, while there should not be an empty space between them.
7. An adult passenger accompanying a child is fully responsible for their safety during the entire ride on the cableway.
8. When transporting people with disabilities, the nature of the restrictions and the need for assistance should be brought to the attention of the staff. Depending on the characteristics of the CW, the nature of the restrictions and the number of such passengers admitted simultaneously to the CW and to each unit of the rolling stock, the person responsible for the good condition and safe operation of the AC determines the conditions of transportation.
9. To use the cableway, each passenger must:
9.1. Pay for the fare on the cableway and always have a document for the right of transit with you.
9.2. Pass to the cableway only through the tourniquet of the access control system and do not create obstacles for newly arriving passengers.
9.3. At the request of the service staff, present a document for the right of transit.
10. Cableway passengers have the right to:
10.1. Carry skis, snowboards, children's sleds, musical instruments and small garden tools free of charge.
10.2. Carry small pets and birds in cages free of charge, as well as indoor and decorative dogs and cats in containers whose dimensions is under 120 cm (the sum of measurements in length, width, height) and exclude spontaneous exit of animals.
10.3. Carry baggage free of charge, the size of which is under 120 cm (the sum of measurements in length, width, height) and weighs no more than 15 kg.
11. When using the cableway, passengers should:
11.1. Inform the staff if they are using the cableway for the first time.
11.2. On boarding, on the track and disembarking, follow the instructions of the service staff, information tables and traffic lights.
11.3. Loose clothes, backpacks, scarves, etc. should be protected from snagging on parts of the rolling stock of the cableway.
11.4. The «STOP0» buttons located on the landing, route and disembarkation should be used only in cases of emergency.
11.5. In the event of a cableway stop, passengers must wait for the resumption of movement, remain calm, remain in their seats and act strictly in accordance with the instructions of the cableway service staff.
12. When using the cableway, passengers are prohibited from:
12.1. Go around the drive and bypass pulleys of the cableway.
12.2. To pass at the stations of the cableway under the carrying-traction rope.
12.3. Stay at the sites of the cableway stations outside the areas reserved for boarding and disembarking.
12.4. Land on the cableway outside the areas indicated by the relevant inscriptions and signs.
12.5. Drink alcohol, enter stations and ride the cableway while alcohol intoxication, as well as in a state of narcotic or toxic intoxication.
12.6. Smoking at the stations and rolling stock of the cableway, as well as in the territories adjacent to them.
12.7. Land on the cableway in an amount exceeding the capacity of the rolling stock.
12.8. To be at cableway stations, rolling stock and the area adjacent to them, with food, as well as with luggage and clothes that can stain passengers, structures and devices of the cableway.
12.9. Carry bulky baggage, the size of which exceeds 120 cm (the sum of measurements in length, width, height) and weighs more than 15 kg, as well as any baggage that can lead to injury to passengers.
12.10. Unauthorised entry into office, production rooms and into the fenced area of the cable car.
12.11. Cause damage to buildings, structures and equipment of the cableway.
12.12. Carry flammable, poisonous, toxic, poisonous substances, objects and liquids, household gas cylinders.
12.13. Use open fire, pyrotechnic devices (fireworks, firecrackers, etc.).
12.14. Carry firearms, piercing, cutting and easily breaking objects, as well as animals, outside special containers.
12.15. Clog and pollute the stations, the cableway track and the territories adjacent to them.
12.16. Apply any inscriptions on buildings, structures and equipment of the cable car.
12.17. Unfollow the directions of traffic and interfere with organised passenger flows.
12.18. Enter the boarding area at the cableway station when the traffic light is red.
13. The passenger, through whose fault an emergency situation arose on the cableway due to his violation of these Rules, is personally responsible for its consequences.
14. After the stop of the cableway at the end of the Resort, the lifting of passengers is not carried out.
15. When using the towing cableway:
15.1. Carry out full loading of towing devices.
15.2. Landing on the towing device and getting off it is carried out only in the indicated places at the cableway stations.
15.3. Before boarding, passengers snowboarders must release one leg from the snowboard fastening in advance, and skiers must take ski poles in one hand.
15.4. Towing devices are served to passengers by station staff at their request.
15.5. Do not sit on the towing device like a chair.
15.6. It is forbidden to change the direction of movement and release the towing device in front of the intermediate support while moving along the entire length of the cableway track.
15.7. In the event of a fall on the cableway track, release the lift line immediately.
15.8. When approaching the landing site, prepare to get off the towing device.
15.9. After getting off the towing device, quickly leave the exit area in the direction indicated by the signs.
16. When using a passenger cableway:
16.1. Carry out full and even loading of seats.
16.2. When the seat is not fully loaded, passengers should be seated in the centre of the seat.
16.3. Landing on a chair and getting off it is carried out only in the indicated places at the cableway stations.
16.4. Before boarding passengers, snowboarders must release one foot from the snowboard attachment in time, and skiers must take ski poles in one hand.
16.5. When the boarding gate is opened, simultaneously with other passengers, drive up to the boarding point, stop and wait for the seat to arrive.
16.6. Close the folding handrail of the chair immediately after landing in the chair and leave it closed throughout the movement. The opening of the folding handrail is carried out immediately in front of the landing site in accordance with the indicator fixed on the support installed in front of the landing site.
16.7. When approaching the landing site, prepare to get off the chair.
16.8. After getting off the seat, quickly leave the exit area in the direction indicated by the signs.
16.9. It is forbidden to rock chairs, lie down or stand up on the seat while moving along the entire length of the cableway track.
17. The passage of passengers on the cableway is carried out in open chairs at a height of up to 23 metres from the ground. A one-way trip takes about 7 minutes. In this case, there is no possibility of providing any kind of medical care. You can leave the chair only at the end station. Taking into account these factors, restrictions on travel on the cableway are set:
17.1. Travelling by cableway is not recommended for persons with diseases that may require emergency medical care (hypertension, diabetes, etc.), suffering from a fear of heights, as well as undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after operations and injuries.
17.2. Women in the state of pregnancy (especially during the last trimester) should make their own decision about the possibility of a ride on the cableway, taking into account the state of health and the recommendations of the attending doctor.
17.3. People with impaired motor functions and vision, moving in wheelchairs, crutches or with outside assistance, are transported by cable car, accompanied by passengers who can ensure their safety.
17.4. The design of open seats does not provide protection from the sun, precipitation, wind, high or low temperatures. The temperature difference between the upper and lower stations can reach 8°C. For a cableway ride, you need to choose clothes that take into account the weather conditions.
IV. Rules for using the slopes
1. The ski slopes of the Resort are intended exclusively for skiing and snowboarding. Riding on tubes (sleds) is allowed only on a specially prepared track.
2. A skier or snowboarder must behave in such a way as not to endanger or harm others.
3. A skier or snowboarder must warm up before entering the ski slope, as well as check the condition of inventory and equipment.
4. A skier or snowboarder must move in a controlled manner. His speed and method of descent must be adapted to his personal abilities, the conditions of the ski slope and snow cover, the weather and the number of other skiers or snowboarders on the slope.
5. A skier or snowboarder who is higher up the ski slope must choose the direction of travel in such a way as not to endanger the skier or snowboarder who is below.
6. A skier or snowboarder may overtake another skier or snowboarder, provided he leaves enough room for the overtaken to allow any intentional or unintentional movement.
7. A skier or snowboarder entering a ski slope or starting to move after a stop must make sure that he can start moving without endangering himself or others.
8. A skier or snowboarder should not stop on a ski slope in narrow places or where visibility is limited. In the event of a fall, the skier or snowboarder must clear the ski slope as soon as possible.
9. A skier or snowboarder climbing or descending a ski slope on foot must keep to the edge of the slope.
10. A skier or snowboarder must strictly follow the signs, markings and warning signs installed on the ski slope.
11. When approaching a snow-compacting machine (snowcat) or a snowmobile with a yellow (orange) flashing beacon and a special sound signal turned on, the skier or snowboarder must slow down (if necessary, stop) and give way to ensure unhindered passage of these vehicles. It is forbidden to overtake a snow-compacting machine (snowcat) or a snowmobile with a yellow (orange) flashing beacon and a special sound signal turned on. When you approach a standing snow groomer or snowmobile with a yellow (orange) flashing beacon turned on, the skier or snowboarder must slow down to be able to stop immediately if necessary.
12. A skier or snowboarder must provide assistance to those injured on the ski slope, notify the Resort staff about the incident, indicating the location of the incident.
13. Skiers or snowboarders who were involved in or witnessed an incident should exchange names, phone numbers and addresses after the incident.
14. When using the ski tourism services of the Resort, it is prohibited:
14.1. Skiing off the slopes.
14.2. Skiing on closed (unprepared) slopes.
14.3. Skiing or snowboarding with faulty equipment, ammunition and accessories.
14.4. Teaching skiing or snowboarding by third-party instructors and coaches who do not have permission from the Resort administration for this kind of activity.
14.5. Skiing or snowboarding with children in your arms, in a carrier, backpack, etc.
14.6. Independent construction of figures and structures on the slopes of the Resort.
14.7. Using the slopes of the Resort without the written permission of the administration for commercial, advertising and other activities related to generating income.
14.8. Implementation of any campaigning activities addressed to an unlimited circle of persons.
V. Rules for using the ski slope on sleds
1. These Rules are binding and apply to all visitors of the Resort, without exception, who use the services of sledding (tubing) on specially equipped tracks.
2. The slopes for sleds are intended exclusively for descent on sleds. Descent on sleds is allowed only on specially prepared tracks. The Resort Administration is not responsible for the use of sleds in places not intended for riding on them.
3. The schedule of tracks for sleds is set by the Resort administration. The Resort Administration has the right, at its discretion, to open or close the tracks for sleds for technological, technical, weather and other reasons, as well as to make changes to the schedule of the tracks.
4. A Resort visitor who wants to use the services of skiing on the sled track must pay for the rental of the sled. By paying for the sled skiing service, the visitor confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these Rules, has no medical contraindications for skiing on the sled track and participates in skiing at his own risk. The guest understands that riding a sled is associated with an increased risk and must independently assess the capabilities of his body and its compliance with the conditions of physical activity, weather conditions and riding conditions in general.
5. The Resort Administration, being the legal owner of the territory and the owner of the technical facilities, equipment and other property installed on it, reserves the right to refuse to use the tracks for sleds and stay on the territory of the Resort to any visitor who violates these Rules, without any explanation and without any refund. the cost of paid services.
6. When using the skiing service on the track for sleds, in order to use the services safely and efficiently, the visitor must comply with the requirements of these Rules and the instructions of the track staff.
7. The ascent to the track is carried out with the help of an unsupported towing cableway. Boarding the cableway is allowed only at a specially equipped landing site and is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. To use the service of riding on a sled, the visitor must:
8.1. Get a magnetic card at the rental office for the use of inventory, leave documents or cash as a pledge.
8.2. In the «Issuance of inventory» item, get a sled by presenting a magnetic card to the consultant-operator.
8.3. After skiing, the sled must be handed over to the «Inventory Delivery» item.
8.4. Pay the cost of renting a sled to the cashier in accordance with the current price list and receive a deposit.
9. When boarding the lift, including in the event of a queue, it is necessary to keep a distance, the equipment should be kept in such a way as not to cause damage to the health and property of others.
10. Landing on the lift is carried out by hooking the towing device to a special mount located on the sled. When landing, the visitor must be in the sled in a stable sitting position in the direction of the cable car lift, hook the towing device with a special attachment of the sled by hand and, holding on to the sled, prepare to move from the place.
11. When lifting, you should maintain the «sitting» position in the sled, without putting your feet on the ground and not leaning back deeply.
12. When lifting, you should not make sudden movements, slow down the movement with your feet, and leave the sled. With your free hand, you need to control the coupling of the sled with the towing device.
13. In case of accidental unhooking from the lift or falling from the sled, it is necessary to immediately clear the cableway lift track in order to avoid the visitor coming up behind him.
14. You need to be especially careful when leaving the lift track. At the end point of the ascent, unhook the towing device from the attachment on the sled, and immediately move away from the ascent line.
15. At the end point of the ascent, it is prohibited to continue moving beyond the exit point and entering the space of the return towing devices.
16. If you encounter difficulties during landing, you should contact the service staff for help.
17. Switching on and off the lift is carried out only by service staff.
18. Loose clothes, backpacks, scarves, etc. must be protected from snagging on parts of the towing device of the lift.
19. The admission of children of preschool and primary school age to the lift is carried out under the personal responsibility of the parents or persons accompanying the child.
20. While using the track for sleds it is prohibited:
20.1. Use your own sleds.
20.2. Climbing on one towing device for two visitors, with the exception of lifting a child under 6 years old with one adult.
20.3. Hook onto the towing device outside the landing area.
20.4. Carry out an arbitrary exit from the lift on the ascent track before the final destination.
20.5. Deviate from the ascent track, make turns and other manoeuvres on sleds during the ascent, swing the cable, deliberately create emergency situations.
20.6. Touch the exposed parts of the body to the metal parts of the lift.
20.7. Lift with you snowmobiles and other devices other than sleds.
20.8. Drive down the highway in a couple of several sleds.
20.9. To drive down the highway on one sled for two people, with the exception of the exit of a child under 6 years old with one adult.
20.10. When descending, slow down with your feet, hands and various objects.
20.11. Arbitrarily stop on the track.
20.12. Stand on the run-out of the track, bulk parapets and counter-slopes of the track.
20.13. Climb up the gutter decently.
20.14. Throw the lift stirrup sharply when uncoupling on the upper platform of the end point of the lift.
20.15. Use the cableway while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances.
20.16. Bring to the territory of the track for sleds and use explosive and flammable substances (including pyrotechnic products).
20.17. Eat and drink any drinks on the territory of the route for sleds, as well as during the ascent and descent.
20.18. Carry glassware, piercing, cutting objects, loose and liquid substances onto the territory of the route for Vatrushka (tube).
20.19. During the ascent and during the descent, use deliberately faulty sleds or sleds with external defects (damage).
20.20. To carry out the descent along the lift line of the cableway.
20.21. Smoking on the territory of the track for sleds on landing, during the ascent and during the descent.
20.22. Trash the territory of the route for sleds, throw garbage, regardless of its size, into places not designated for its storage.
20.23. Carry out film, photo and video shooting, use a mobile phone during ascent and descent.
20.24. Deal damage to sleds.
20.25. Ignore the requirements of the staff, show disrespect or rudeness to the staff and other visitors to the Resort.
20.26. Stay in utility and rooms intended for the operation of the cableway.
21. At the end of the skiing, the visitor is obliged to return the sled received for skiing to the staff at the rental point and pay for the service.
22. Visitors must leave the territory of the track for sleds no later than the established closing time of its operation.
23. The behaviour of the users of the tube track should not interfere with third parties, pose a threat to the safety of their life and health, or restrict their freedom in one way or another. For the above actions, the visitor is responsible for the legislation of the Russian Federation.
24. For intentional illegal actions, violation of these Rules, as well as for deliberate damage to the property of the Resort or third parties, the visitor is liable in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation. Violators may be subject to liability for damages.
25. When using the services of the tube track, visitors must:
25.1. Strictly comply with these Rules.
25.2. To avoid injury, follow all safety rules when ascending and descending.
25.3. In case of injury during ascent or descent, do not make sudden movements, immediately signal the need for medical help.
25.4. Behave in accordance with the rules of public order, the Rules of Conduct on the territory of the Resort, treat the property of the Resort with care, monitor the safety of the magnetic card and the check for payment for the service.
26. The Resort Administration is not responsible for the visitor's failure to use the paid services on his initiative, for the safety of valuables, documents, money, magnetic card and check for paying for the service, as well as for the consequences associated with the violation of these Rules by the visitor, for damage caused by the actions of third parties. 1. The ski slopes of the Resort are marked according to their complexity with the help of various special information tools inherent in ski markings - marking disks, restrictive milestones, traffic direction boards, etc.
2. Ski areas are marked with signal poles and nets, which are installed along the edges of the ski slopes, forming, among other things, the «limit of responsibility» of the mountain maintenance service.
3. Signal markings give a signal of dangers that exclude the movement of skiers and snowboarders behind the markings.

32. Dangerous objects in the form of ski lift supports, lighting masts, free-standing trees and stones are fenced off with special triangular and rectangular protective nets, and mats from the side of skiers and snowboarders.
VII. Rules of use for cable car passes
1. Travelling on the cable cars of the Resort is allowed only with a subscription (above and further - subscription or ski pass). Each Client must have their own lift pass. The subscription expires at the end of the current season.
2. Subscription means a magnetic card with the Client's (Subscriber's/Consumer's) program-recorded right to demand travel on the Resort's cable cars, the use of the Resort's ski slopes and the provision of other services according to the price list for the Resort's services.
3. Terms of use of a magnetic card (contactless smart card, hereinafter CSC):
- CSC belongs only to the Clients on whom they are issued. These Clients are the sole owners of such cards, card transfer to other persons is not allowed.
- The CSC can be used by the Client multiple times, as long as it complies with the operating conditions of the contactless control system used by the Resort.
- In the event that the Resort changes or upgrades the control system, the Client is obligated to purchase a new CSC suitable for the Resort's system, and the Resort will not be obliged to reimburse the cost of the obsolete CSC to the Client.
- During skiing, the CSC must be kept in a closed pocket of outerwear; it is recommended to exclude proximity to a mobile phone and a variety of other smart cards.
- In the event that the CSC stops working during the period of validity of the subscription purchased by the Client, subject to its proper use by the Client: no mechanical damage to the card and the Client has a fiscal receipt confirming the purchase of the subscription, the Resort will issue a new CSC to the Client in exchange for the faulty one (the remaining time / passes transferred to the new CSC).
4. The list of services that can be used by subscription:
- Travel on the cable cars of the Resort (single or multiple during the winter period determined by the tariffs).
- Use of the prepared open ski slopes of the Resort during the winter season.
5. Conditions for using subscription services:
- lack of signs of alcohol / other intoxication;
- absence of contraindications for health reasons to use the services;
- the absence of the fact of transfer of the subscription to another person in the area of boarding the cable car.
6. Payment for subscriptions by individuals is made through the cash desks of the Resort in cash or by bank transfer using bank cards.
7. Payment for subscriptions through the cash desks of the Resort is carried out using cash registers.
8. The resort has the right to provide discounts (benefits) for subscriptions. The size and types of discounts (benefits) are approved by order of the General Director of the Resort with the approval of tariffs, and posted on the Internet at www.igora.ru, as well as in public places at the stands of the Resort.
9. To receive discounts (benefits) for subscriptions, Clients are required to present to the Resort staff documents confirming the right to receive discounts (benefits): identity card or passport, birth certificate; certificate of disability, pension book, according to the requirements of the current tariffs.
10. The resort does not accept copies of documents as evidence of eligibility for a discount (benefits).
11. In the event that the Resort's cable cars completely stop their work for a period of more than half of the standard daily working hours, the Consumer/Subscriber who is unable to use the services for the specified reasons may be given the opportunity to use them on other days agreed with the Resort. To reprogram a paid subscription for other agreed days, the Consumer/Subscriber should submit:
- corresponding subscription (CSC card);
- fiscal receipt.
12. Damaged/lost CSCs can be replaced, while the Client is obliged to: pay for the issuance of a new CSC in accordance with its cost and current tariffs and provide a fiscal receipt confirming the purchase.
13. Reimbursement of the full cost of the subscription is possible provided that the Client did not use the services of the Resort (lack of activation of the subscription / ticket on the access control system) and on the day of purchase (payment) of the subscription.
14. Refund for the unused service is carried out on the day of purchase of the subscription in the presence of a fiscal receipt by issuing funds depending on the method of payment (cash / non-cash (bank card)).
15. At the written request of the client, the Resort returns the cost of unused services for the activated subscription. At the same time, the cost of each service rendered under the subscription is recalculated based on the cost of 1 pass / 1 hour according to the price list of the Resort, valid at the time of purchase of the subscription.
16. Found (lost) season tickets are transferred to the cash desks of the Resort, where Clients who have lost their tickets can apply. Subscriptions can be returned free of charge to the Client upon presentation of a fiscal receipt confirming the purchase of the subscription.
17. The Resort recommends that Clients keep fiscal receipts in a safe place after purchasing a subscription.
18. The hours of possible use of services under the subscription is determined by the description of the type of the corresponding subscription, given at the Resort's tariffs.
19. The hours of possible use of services by subscription, the list of cableways, the list of ski slopes for the purpose of providing services by subscription are approved by order of a person authorised by the Resort and posted on the Internet and on information boards (price for the provision of services).
20. Responsibility of the Client:
20.1. Each Client is obliged to have a subscription during the use of suspended passenger cable cars, ski lifts.
20.2. The temporary pass or ticket cannot be transferred to other persons in the boarding area for the cable cars.
20.3. When you travel on passenger cable cars and other lifts of the Resort, the Client must have a valid subscription/ticket for the entire period of the trip. The client must be ready at any time to present his membership card to an authorised representative of the Resort.
20.4. If the fact of access to the suspended passenger cable cars and other lifts of the Resort without a subscription/ticket or with a subscription/ticket that does not meet the conditions established by these Rules is revealed, the Client will be denied access to the territory of the Resort.
20.5. Any person who allows their subscription to be transferred to another person may be prevented by the Resort from using the relevant services with the cancellation of the corresponding subscription and without payment of any compensation to such person.
21. The resort is not responsible for the weather conditions while using the subscription services. The user of the subscription is obliged to independently obtain information about the weather forecast by any possible means.
VIII. Rules for the provision of equipment rental services
1. General Rules.
1.1. These rules for the provision of equipment rental services (hereinafter - «Rules») apply to all citizens without exception (consumers, visitors, customers) using the equipment rental services on the territory of Igora resort (hereinafter - Resort).
1.2. These rules contain:
- rules and conditions for the efficient and safe use of equipment rental services by consumers (hereinafter - «services»);
- rules for the provision of equipment rental services;
- other complete and reliable information about the services and all the essential conditions for the provision of services.
1.3. Inventory or property (hereinafter - «Inventory») is rented out exclusively for use by Consumers on the territory of the Resort for personal client purposes.
1.4. The Client has the opportunity to use the equipment rental services, subject to these Rules, on the days and hours of the Resort's work according to the schedule (mode) of the equipment rental points indicated on the relevant information stands (or signboard) of the Resort's rental points.
1.5. The legal owner of the inventory and the service provider is OZON LLC (hereinafter - the «Administration», «Contractor», «Service provider»).
1.6. The schedule (mode) of work of rental points on the territory of the Resort is established by the Administration independently, while the Administration has the right to:
1.7. At its own discretion, open and / or close rental points for use by visitors during the service hours of the Resort or limit the provision of rental services for technological, technical, weather, operational, organisational and other reasons (emergency situations of equipment and software that occurred through no fault of the Rental Administration, the onset of force majeure circumstances, temporary shutdown of electricity by the relevant services, holding sports competitions, etc.).
1.8. At its own discretion, change the schedule (mode) of work of rental points in connection with the closure for use by Clients of cable cars, the slopes of the Resort, the Resort as a whole for technological, technical, organisational, weather and other reasons.
1.9. Any Client is entitled to use the services of an inventory rental point. At the same time, children under the age of 14, as a rule, are served only when accompanied by adults.
1.10. Each Resort Client wishing to use equipment rental services must pay the cost of equipment rental in accordance with the price list of the Service Provider in cash or by bank transfer at the cash desk of rental points.
1.11. The following types of winter equipment (property) can be rented:
- ski kit (mountain skis with bindings, ski boots, poles);
- separately mountain skis with bindings;
- separately ski boots;
- separate ski poles;
- snowboard kit (snowboard with binding, snowboard boots);
- separately snowboard with fastening;
- snowboard boots separately;
- skates;
- protective helmet;
- other inventory items in accordance with the price lists of the service provider organisation.
1.12. The composition of the inventory (property) provided for rent may be changed during the season by the Service Provider unilaterally in accordance with the proposals specified in the price list.
1.13. Using the rental equipment directly and/or paying the cost of equipment rental services, the Client confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these Rules, has the skills to safely use the equipment, has no medical contraindications, participates in skiing at his own risk (the Client must understand that skiing sports, snowboarding are associated with an increased risk and independently assess the capabilities of their body and its compliance with the conditions of physical activity, weather conditions, their skiing skills and skiing conditions in general) and further responsibility associated with skiing and using equipment, the Client assumes.
1.14. The client undertakes:
- not sell, pledge, alienate or otherwise encumber the rented equipment with the rights of third parties;
- return the rented equipment during the opening hours of the rental point in the same completeness and condition in which he received it;
- simultaneously with the return of inventory, pay the cost of rental to the cashier, presenting the corresponding magnetic card;
- undertakes to pay rent for the entire rental period;
- undertakes, in case of damage or loss of the rented equipment, within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of the relevant event, to compensate for the cost of repair, damage or acquisition of the lost rental equipment at the rates approved by the Rental Administration;
- agrees that the Rental Administration, without additional confirmation of the Client, has the right to take into account the funds pre-authorized on his bank card in accordance with the rental application, or the funds transferred by him in accordance with the rental application for safekeeping, against: a) payment rental cost; b) compensation for the cost of repair, damage or acquisition of lost rental equipment.
1.15. The rental administration, being the legal owner of the rental territory and the owner of the rental property, reserves the right to refuse to use the equipment rental services to any visitor who violates these Rules, without any additional explanations and without refunding the cost of paid services collected on account of the full indemnification of the performer.
2. Rules for the use of rental services.
2.1. Inventory is rented out to consumers only if they deposit its collateral value (pledge) in cash in the currency of the Russian Federation or other property (documents) as a pledge at the rental point. The pledge made serves as a security for the fulfilment by the Client of the terms of the rental agreement. Determining the amount of the collateral value or the type (type) of property deposited as collateral is carried out by the rental administration independently, indicating the conditions of the collateral on the information stands of the rental point.
2.2. In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, Consumers using equipment rental are advised to carry an identity card or other document proving their identity.
2.3. For the established type of pledge, one person can only be issued the number of sets of sports equipment corresponding to this type of pledge, established by the conditions of the pledge, approved by the rental administration.
2.4. The minimum billable time (term) for inventory rental, depending on the types of inventories, is 1 (one) hour - in accordance with the price list for inventory rental services.
2.5. The client is obliged to return the sports equipment 15 minutes before the closing of the equipment rental point. In case of non-return of the inventory before the closing of the rental point or the next day, the billing is made in accordance with the price list for inventory rental services.
2.6. Client for equipment rental:
- He chooses at the checkout the type and quantity of winter equipment he needs for rental, makes the necessary deposit corresponding to the quantity and type of the selected rental equipment in accordance with the conditions of the deposit approved by the Service Provider.
- Information about the selected inventory and the deposit made by the Client is entered using the Resort program on a contactless card, which is used to identify the Client, record the type of inventory chosen by him at the rental, and also record the time of using the rental inventory. The contactless card with the information entered on it is handed over to the Customer at the checkout to present it to the pick-up operator and issue the inventory of the rental point.
- Selection and issuance of rental equipment to the Client is carried out only by the operator of the selection and issue of inventory of the rental point in the order of the general queue after making the necessary deposit.
- In order to receive inventory, the Client must present to the rental operator a contactless card issued to him at the checkout, inform the rental operator of his physiological data (height, weight, shoe size), after which the rental operator selects the necessary equipment for the Client, and enters data on the rented inventory on the contactless client card. If the inventory of the required size and parameters is not available, the deposit paid is returned to the Client.
- Upon receipt of the inventory, the Client, together with the operator of the inventory issuance of the rental point, must check: compliance of the actually received inventory and its components with the ordered one; appearance, integrity (no external damage, chips) and performance of each item of inventory; availability and integrity of rental identification numbers on the inventory. The client has the right to check the sharpening of the inventory and make a choice of inventory in accordance with his preferences and ideas about its reliability and condition.
2.7. The total time of using the inventory (the end of the rental time of the inventory) is determined automatically by the software package at the moment the inventory is handed over by the Client to the operator of the rental point with the presentation of a contactless card and reading the barcode placed on the inventory. Disputes related to the period of time for using rental equipment are resolved based on the data of the automatically fixed time of issue and return of inventory in the software package of the rental point, and not by the hours of the Client or third parties.
2.8. The inventory (if issued) must be handed over (returned) by the Client to the equipment acceptance operator of the rental point in a form cleared of snow and dirt at the end of the time of its use, determined by the Client at its own discretion. When handing over (returning) inventory, the Client presents an activated contactless card to the rental operator. The rental operator, using the contactless card of the Client, stops the time of using rental equipment in the software package of the rental point.
2.9. After returning the inventory to the inventory acceptance operator of the rental point and stopping the time of using the inventory, the client presents a contactless card at the cash desk of the rental point and makes full payment for the time of using the inventory according to the established cost and billing of the rental time of certain types of inventory specified in the price list for the services of the rental point.
2.10. In case of using inventory rental services for a period of time less than the minimum billable rental time, payment for inventory rental services is made by the Client at the price of the full cost of an hour, depending on the type of inventory according to the price list, for inventory rental services.
2.11. The deposit is returned to the Client at the checkout, in the absence of damage to the inventory item, after the rental property is returned, the contactless card is presented at the checkout and all mutual settlements for rental services are completed.
2.12. Inventory not returned by the Client within the specified period is considered lost. Inventory with branded stickers and inscriptions removed, unauthorised stickers, inscriptions, engravings, with dents, scratches, chips, breaks and other things is considered damaged. In case of loss or damage to inventory, an employee of the Resort rental office draws up an act of damage (loss) in the form approved by the order of the General Director of the Resort or another person authorised by him:
- in the presence of the Client with the inclusion of his signature in the act;
- in the presence of the Client with making an entry in the act that the Client refused to sign the act (in case of refusal or inaction of the Client);
- in the absence of the Client, making an entry in the act that the Client did not appear to sign the act;
- The rental administration also reflects in the act the calculation of the amount (the cost of damaged or lost inventory), which is subject to compensation by the Client, and has the right to use the act as a basis for bringing the relevant Client to the types of liability established by the current legislation.
IX. Rules for renting cells in a left-luggage office
1. Storage of things by Clients at the Resort is allowed in rented lockable storage cells located in the Rental and Ice Palace buildings (hereinafter - cells).
Customers have the right to rent boxes with a mechanical lock.
2. To rent a cell, the Client is obliged to pay the cost of the planned rental period to the cashier of the Resort in accordance with the current tariffs of the Resort, to make a security deposit for the issued key to the cell. After that, at the cash desk of the Resort, the Client is given a fiscal receipt, a magnetic card (with the planned rental period programmed into it, the cell number and the amount of collateral) and the key to the cell:
- payment for use is paid at the same time to the cash desk of the Contractor;
- in addition to the user fee, the Client, at the time of making the payment, also pays a refundable fee for the keys issued to him.
3. In any case, the moment of commencement of the lease of the cell is the payment of the planned lease term at the cash desk of the Resort, the moment of the end of the lease is the moment the Client returns the key from the cell to the cash desk of the rental (Ice Palace) of the Resort.
4. At the end of the rental period, the Client is obliged to immediately vacate the cell. In case of exceeding the rental period, the Client is obliged to pay the difference according to the current tariffs at the Resort's cash desk immediately after the release of the box, simultaneously with the return of the mechanical key.
5. For valuables left by the Client in a rented cell, the Resort is not responsible.
6. In case of loss of the key to access the rented cell, the Client is obliged to submit to the rental office of the Resort a magnetic card containing the data entered by the cashier on the issued key, a fiscal receipt for payment for the lease of the cell, and also pay the cost of the lost mechanical key from the cell according to the current tariffs.
7. If the Client refuses to rent before the expiration of the term, the rent is not returned.
8. In order to avoid disputes, the Client is obliged to keep a receipt for payment for the rent of storage cells until the items are received from the cell.
9. The Client is prohibited from storing explosive, flammable, toxic, radioactive substances, weapons, ammunition, narcotic substances, liquids, perishable foodstuffs, as well as anything that can have a harmful effect on the human body and the environment. Authorised representatives of the Resort have the right, in order to avoid placing prohibited items in the cell, to carry out their preliminary visual inspection.
10. The opening of the cell is carried out with the execution of the act of opening in the following exceptional cases and in the order:
- upon expiration of the rental period without the need to obtain consent and subsequent notification of the Client;
- the property discovered during the opening of the cell shall be stored by the Resort and may be received by the Client or by a representative of the Client authorised by power of attorney at the location within 6 (six) months from the date of its discovery;
- after the expiration of the specified period, the Resort has the right to dispose of the discovered property at its own discretion without paying any amounts to the Client;
- the items withdrawn from the cell; the Contractor is obliged to store for 2 (months). After this period, the Contractor has the right to sell them. From the proceeds from the sale of funds, the Contractor repays the unfulfilled monetary obligations of the Client to the Contractor, including the cost of storage, sale and other expenses. The balance of funds is transferred to the Client's account, or is issued through the cash desk of the Contractor. If further storage of the contents of the cell is unacceptable, and its implementation is impossible;
- the Contractor has the right, after prior written notification to the Client, to destroy the items seized from the cell in the presence of 2 (two) employees of the Contractor and 3 (three) witnesses who are not employees of the Contractor, about which an appropriate act is drawn up with an inventory of the items stored in the cell, on the destruction of the contents of the cell;
- The Customer shall be notified in writing no later than 3 (three) days prior to destruction or, if destruction is urgently required, immediately thereafter.
X. Rules for using the services of the instructor department
1. These rules for the provision of services of instructors (hereinafter - the Rules) apply to all citizens without exception (Visitors, Consumers, Clients) using the services of instructors on the territory of the Igora Hospitable Resort (hereinafter - Resort), as well as ski instructors and snowboarder and administrator of the instructor department. The Rules contain the conditions for the effective and safe use of the services of instructors by the consumer, other complete and reliable information about the services and all the essential conditions for the provision of services. The services of instructors are intended for the purpose of obtaining by the Clients of the Hospitable Igora Resort the skills of safe skiing and (or) snowboarding.
2. Services of instructors are provided to Visitors exclusively on the territory of the Resort.
3. The services of instructors may be used by any Visitor who does not have medical contraindications for skiing (snowboarding).
4. By paying the cost of instructor services, the Client confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these Rules, has no medical contraindications for skiing and (or) snowboarding, and participates in classes with an instructor at his own risk (the visitor must understand that skiing on mountain skiing (snowboarding) is associated with an increased risk of injury and damage to health, and to independently assess the capabilities of one's body and its compliance with the conditions of physical activity, skiing skills, weather conditions and skiing conditions in general).
5. If during the lessons the Client feels unwell, he is obliged to notify the instructor about this fact, stop the classes and immediately contact the rescue service or the medical centre of the Resort.
6. In order to effectively and safely use the services of instructors, each Client must strictly comply with the requirements of these Rules, as well as the instructions of the instructors, including undergoing a preliminary oral briefing on safe riding techniques.
7. It is not recommended to use the services of instructors by children under 5 years of age unaccompanied by adults, the elderly, persons in poor health or in a sick (weakened, tired) state, persons with existing chronic diseases, in which intense physical activity is contraindicated, persons with untreated injuries, bruises, injuries or disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
8. Responsibility for assessing the health status of children who are planned to provide instructor services lies with their parents or other adults accompanying the child.
9. Instructor services are not provided to persons in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication.
10. The admission of children of preschool and primary school age (including those under 5 years of age) to classes with instructors is at the discretion of the Resort administration under the personal responsibility of the parents or adults accompanying the child.
11. Clients themselves must take care of the availability of a valid insurance policy of compulsory medical insurance or additional medical insurance in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. Each visitor has the opportunity to use the services of instructors, subject to these Rules, on the days and hours of the Resort, according to the schedule (mode) of the instructor department, indicated on the relevant information stands (or signboard). The schedule (mode) of work of instructors is established by the Administration of the Resort independently, while the Administration has the right to:
- at its own discretion, change the schedule (mode) of the instructor department in connection with the closure for visitors of certain cable cars, slopes of the Resort or restrict the provision of services for technological, technical, weather, operational, organisational and other reasons (emergency situations of equipment and software that occurred not due to the fault of the Resort, the onset of force majeure circumstances, temporary shutdown of electricity by the relevant services, holding sports competitions, etc.);
- make changes to the work schedule (mode) of the instructor department related to technological, technical, organisational, weather and other reasons, as indicated on the relevant information boards of the Resort.
13. Each visitor of the Resort who wants to use the services of instructors must pay the cost of services to the cashier in accordance with the price list. The cost of classes (services of instructors) depending on the type of classes (individual, groups of 2 people or more) is indicated on the information stand of the box office. Services without advance payment are not provided.
14. By paying the cost of the services of instructors, the visitor confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these Rules.
15. The cost of services of the instructor department (classes with an instructor) does not include the cost of using cable cars and / or rental of sports equipment. Payment for the use of the cable car and / or rental of sports equipment is carried out by the Visitor separately in accordance with the current price lists of the Resort.
16. The client has the opportunity to issue and pay for the rental of sports equipment without a queue. At the same time, the following algorithm has been adopted at the Resort:
- The client, after paying for the services of the instructor, applies to the rental office to arrange the rental of equipment, guided by the Rules for the rental of ski equipment in force on the territory of the Resort;
- The client purchases a lift subscription (in case the lesson will take place on common slopes);
- Rental employees select the necessary set of rental equipment for him;
- The Client receives, rents and pays for the rental equipment directly at the Resort's rental office, where the time of using the rental equipment is recorded.
17. The client using the rental services automatically agrees with all paragraphs of the Resort Rules in force on the territory of the Resort.
18. Clients using the services of instructors can use the ski lift on the instructor slope free of charge during training.
19. Before paying the cost of a lesson with an instructor, the visitor must ask the administrator about the availability of a free instructor and agree on the time of the lesson. The administrator makes an appropriate entry in the schedules of employment of instructors.
20. The Resort Administration has the right to refuse the Visitor the services of instructors in the absence of a free instructor or offer another time for classes.
21. In the case of using the services of an instructor for less than 1 (one) hour on the initiative (fault) of the Visitor, the fee for the unused time of the provision of services is not refundable.
22. In case of violation by the Visitor of the time of the schedule of their classes in relation to the time of paid classes, the Resort Administration:
- does not return to the Visitor the resulting difference between the cost of the services actually rendered and those actually paid by the Visitor;
- has the right to demand from the Visitor an additional payment, the excess amount formed between the cost of the services actually rendered and those actually paid by the Visitor in accordance with the current price list indicated on the information stands of the Resort.
23. Five minutes before the end of the lesson paid by the Client, the instructor notifies the Client of this fact, sums up the lesson, gives recommendations, and, if necessary, makes a proposal to extend the lesson in order to achieve better results. If the Client expresses a desire to continue the lesson, the instructor notifies the administrator of this fact (in person, by phone, or otherwise) to the administrator, who checks the work schedule of this instructor, and if the instructor does not have the next scheduled lesson, gives permission to extend the time of such a lesson. If the instructor cannot continue this lesson due to his work schedule, then the administrator, at the request of the Client, can offer him another free instructor or sign the Client up with his instructor for another time or on another day.
24. When Client extends the lesson, the Client must pay to the cash desk of the instructor department the difference between the amount of the excess between the cost of the services actually provided (according to the time of the lesson) and those actually paid by the visitor in accordance with the current price list indicated on the information stands of the Resort. Upon completion of the lesson, the instructor accompanies the Client to the administrator.
25. The Visitor is obliged to inform the administrator of the instructor department by phone in advance about being late for classes with an instructor, regarding the established time of the class schedule. In the event that the visitor violates the timetable of his classes (being late for a lesson for more than 15 minutes), the administrator has the right to postpone the time of the Visitor's classes with a specific instructor at his own discretion to a later time within a given working day or offer the Visitor a lesson with another instructor.
26. Clients while using the services of the instructor department are not allowed to:
- violate these Rules, as well as the Rules for the use of cable cars, the Rules of conduct on the ski slopes, the Rules of conduct on the territory of the Hospitable Igora resort and other required rules in force on the territory of the Resort;
- use the services of instructors in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
- use the services of instructors without official payment of the cost of services to the cash desk of the instructor department of the Resort;
- ignore the requirements of instructors during classes, show disrespect or rudeness towards instructors, attendants and other visitors to the Resort;
- leave minor children under the age of 14 unattended;
- penetrate and stay in the utility, working and auxiliary rooms intended for recreation of instructors and service personnel of the Resort, carry out unauthorised passage through the turnstiles and interfere with the movement of visitors.
27. In case of violation of the provisions established by this section of the Rules, the Client is not allowed to use the services, and also, at the initiative of the Resort Administration, may be removed from the territory of the ski slopes without a refund of the cost of paid services.
28. The behaviour of Clients using the services of instructors should not interfere with third parties, pose a threat to the safety of their life and health, or in one way or another restrict their freedom. For the above actions, the Clients are liable under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
29. When using the services of instructors, clients are also required to:
- independently and in detail, before using the services, familiarise themselves with these Rules, the Rules of Conduct on the territory of the Resort, the Rules of Conduct on the ski slopes, the Rules for the use of cable cars, as well as with other information materials posted on the stands of the Resort;
- strictly comply with these Rules, the Rules of Conduct on the ski slopes, the Rules for the use of cable cars, other required rules in force on the territory of the Resort;
- behave in accordance with the rules of public order, the Rules of Conduct on the territory of the Resort, take care of the property of the ski complex, monitor the safety of season tickets and sports equipment;
- if suspicious objects, documents, smart cards, etc. are found, notify the administrator of the security officer;
- strictly follow all the instructions of the instructors during classes;
- observe the time schedule of their classes, according to the time of paid classes;
- keep documents on payment for services (fiscal receipt) until the end of using the services;
- not to purchase the services of instructors from third parties, i.e., without their official payment to the cash desk of the instructor department of the Resort;
- not to use the services of an instructor on the territory of the Resort, which are not included in the structure of the instructor department of the Resort;
- ensure that your equipment is in proper condition and that the bindings are properly adjusted before starting classes with an instructor;
- for all questions related to the use of the services of instructors, contact the administrator.
30. These Rules have the force of a written service agreement between the Resort and the Client using the services of instructors. Payment of the cost of instructors' services to the cash desk of the instructor department of the Resort is the full consent of the Client with these Rules.
31. These Rules are binding, including when ordering a service by an organisation or an individual entrepreneur for individuals, for group lessons, for users of the subscription service.
32. The Resort Administration is not responsible for the health of the Clients and potential accidents when using the services of instructors (injuries, bruises, etc. received during skiing). The Client assumes all the consequences and risks associated with careless damage to his health during his ride.
XI. Rules for placing and paying for the order of resort services on the Internet site of the Resort
1. How to place an order
1.1. Registration of the Resort's services is carried out on the basis of an order filled by a visitor to the Resort's website in a special interface via the hyperlink http://igora.ru/, indicating all the required data in it and pressing the «Place an order» button in it. By clicking the «Place an order» button, the visitor to the Resort's website agrees to the Rules for using the services of the Resort and consents to the processing of his personal data by the Resort and any person authorised by the Resort.
1.2. When filling out an order, the visitor of the website is obliged to indicate only reliable and up-to-date information, since this may serve as a subsequent means of confirming by the visitor the facts necessary for the provision of services to him. Visitors to the Resort's website are prohibited from creating external hyperlinks, copying and tracking its content in ways not provided for on the Resort's website itself. In case of violation of the above provisions, the visitor to the Internet site of the Resort may be denied the provision of the relevant services. The Resort is also entitled to withhold the funds transferred for the services as compensation for the damage caused to the Resort.
1.3 The placed order is retained by the visitor and must be paid by him through the Internet site of the Resort within the time specified in it in relation to the relevant services, after which the order is automatically cancelled. In this case, the restoration of the composition of the order is carried out by the visitor independently by placing a new order.
2. Payment procedure:
2.1. Payment by the visitor of the placed order is allowed only in a non-cash form using the payment systems indicated on the Resort's website.
3. The procedure for receiving a paid order:
3.1. In case of remote replenishment of the CSC (contactless smart card) card by its number after the initial registration and payment for the order, a confirmation is sent to the website visitor to the e-mail specified by him when placing the order, indicating the order data.
4. Conditions and procedure for cancelling a paid order:
4.1. To return the funds paid through the Resort's website, the Client should contact the rental cashier in person or by phone.
4.2. Refunds for the unused service are carried out by transferring funds to the Client's bank account, upon submission of an application indicating the details for the transfer, the payer's bank account, copies of identification documents, the number of the CSC (ski pass) for which the service was purchased, a check confirming payment (sent to the payer's email).
4.3. At the written request of the client, the Resort refunds the cost of unused services for the activated subscription. At the same time, the cost of each service rendered under the subscription is recalculated based on the cost of 1 pass / 1 hour according to the price list of the Resort, valid at the time of purchase of the subscription.
4.1. As the request for a refund is processed, the Client's personal account reflects information about the cancellation of the order and the return of funds.
